Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

Channel balance is 21" long (metal only). Stamp is 2030, followed by a smaller "CJ (emblem) FX" stamp.  I'm afraid I didn't take a picture of the hook; perhaps you can figure it out without that info, or include the other type as a backup.  If not let me know. It's a very standard-looking vinyl window.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the exact replacement balance needed for your sash without seeing a photo of that hook. The hook makes all the difference in determining the exact style balance needed for your repairs.

In the meantime, you'll also want to confirm the length of the metal channel. The length of the replacement will be 20-7/8" which is just slightly under 21".

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per customer balance.
