You have either the S351-29 with a 1" shoe or the S390-29 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

Unfortunately, I am not able to cross-reference your stamp with the stamps on our balances. Given that your balance has a 38 in the stamp, I suspect your sash may weigh 38lbs but to be absolutely sure, I'll need you to confirm the sash weight. If it is 38lbs, this will need to be a custom assembly.
