Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can supply you with the replacement balances you are searching for but I'll need to see photos of an undamaged balance, removed from the window, to identify the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I am not able to identify the replacement you need based on the stamp.

I am looking to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments as well as any other compatible hardware the balance might have. It would also help to see a photo of the stamp.
