To start, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance, with the hook/clip in tact at the bottom of the balance.  It is important to see exactly what the balance is supposed to look like, how to shoe installs to the bottom of the balance, and to confirm which clip/hook your balances have; the hook/clip is extremely important for the installation of the balance.

You'll also want to double check the length of the metal channel, I suspect it could be 31-7/8" but it would be best to double check this. 

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable and so we stress the importance of confirming this information.

Please also be aware, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.
