Milgard...likely in 2004 (when the home was built)
16 balances (8 windows...all the same size)
I weighed one of the windows...they should be all the same: 27 pounds

Hello, do you have the plastic pieces that are attached to the window...that the balance pushes against? (See attached picture...of a broken one)
If you do sell these, I will need 20 of them.

Hi Todd,

The part you are searching for is the top sash guide. It helps to guide the balance up and down the window channel and prevents it from shooting up into the frame.

We do not carry your exact top sash guide but I believe our 18-188 should work well as suitable replacement. Be sure to take a look over the dimensions to confirm that these would be the right fit.
