I need 4 of these. 7.5" x 1/2" channel
The connectors looks exactly like those in the extended lift examples.
Mine are sticky and slow to lift.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 7-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be sure.
Your windows being "sticky" and slow to lift may account for the balances needing to be replaced. Another thought is that the stamp may be wrong for your window. Could you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us what you find?

I remeasured. The metal channel is exactly 7-8/16 inches in length.
The sticky comment is related to the lift itself. Manual operation of the lift outside the window frame and window is slow compared to the properly operating lift.

Thanks for confirming. I'm afraid the extended travel balances we carry are only designed to end in 7/8". We can't promise they will work for you if the metal channel length differs.
