Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 32-5/8" which is what makes it custom. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to confirm as it's tough for us to get accurate dimensions from a photo of a tape measure.
To get this moving for you, can you upload a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also confirm the number of balances you'd like to order?

both sides are broken, and I don't see it in either. if that's critical to know, I can try remove another panel. I would need 4 channels.

Yes, that metal clip is very important and I'm afraid we can't move forward without it. If there's an identical window in the house, we can use that as a reference.
