We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To identify the correct replacement, we'll need to see the pulley hook removed from the opening in the window jamb. Thank you!

We'd be happy to send over an updated order link but we strongly recommend replacing the balances in pairs since replacing one side will create an uneven amount of support. This can cause damage to the hardware or the window itself. Just let us know if you'd like to stick with three or change the quantity to four balances. 

As for keeping a record of your order, our system will show orders placed under the same email address. If you want to see that information on your end, I'd recommend setting up an account on our website, which will store all of your order information.
