Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

We would need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings of the balance as shown below as well as the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism?

Thank you kindly! We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 23-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so may want to confirm.

In the meantime, can you tell me if the top fitting has "wings" or not? It's hard to say from your first photo.

It looks like the sides of the top fitting are jagged which makes me think the wings might've broken off. We can supply this balance with a wingless top fitting but you may want to check the balance on the other side of the window or an identical window's balance to confirm if it was originally winged before placing your order.
