To further review, we will need to see pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments along with the metal hook at the bottom. From there we can determine the type needed for the window. Thank you!

I apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this is not something we can guess on. There are many different types of extended travel balances that have different combinations of attachments and hook styles.
We are not able to move forward without pictures. Based on the stamp, I would also need to know the exact length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. It should either measure 31-5/8" or 31-7/8" long. These balances are not made on a full inch increment.
