Question

It is 26 11/16 length
There is a sticker inside the window that says singlehung EZ Lock
I have one working and one not. Should I order 1 or 2?
The window is 45 wide and 25 height

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check before placing your order.

Our minimum for custom orders is 2 but we always recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an older one will cause the new hardware to wear out much faster. With that said, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time and there's a chance it may take longer than that.
