Length of metal channel is 13 3/4 inches. 13 5 is stamped on it. Also BS1 RR. Window is made by M&M. House built in 2007. Window is around 13 lbs.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 13-5/8" long. Can you double-check that for us?

In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle? How many balances are you looking to purchase?

I have verified the length of the metal channel is 13 5/8 ". We will need 2 balances. Pictures of bottom end attached

Please note that we always recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for the weaker counterpart. Just something to keep in mind.
