The metal channel is between 32 and 33 in. It is stamped 32 51. It is stamped and not printed. Both top and bottom guides are winged and the bottom does have wheels.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 32-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we suggest checking to be safe.

In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle? How many balances are you looking to order?

I will try and remove the window and get a picture for you. I would like to order 3 of these. I have 2 windows and would replace the one bad one I have now and would like to have a complete spare set.

Great, I can get the ball rolling on this once we have that photo. Please note that we recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new hardware to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for its older counterpart. Just something to keep in mind!

Here are the requested pictures. I added one showing the actual metal length as well. I can order 4 of them based on your advise of not mixing old and new. The one shown has a broken wheel on the bottom and is very difficult to operate. The other side is working perfect.
