Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 24-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you'll want to double-check to be safe.
To get the ball rolling on this, we will need more information. Can you show us a photo of an undamaged top fitting? We must determine if it's winged or wingless. We'd also like to see a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord.
