We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. 

To further review, we will need to see the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord.

Please also double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. It should measure 19-5/8" long. From there we can send over an order link with pricing for your review.
