metal channel length is 19.5 inches
I am looking for installation instructions. In the house I bought these were in a cabinet and not in the windows. I brought someone in to install them and he was not sure how it was supposed to anchor to the window. Do you have an instruction video or manual?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 19-5/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be sure. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
As for installation details, have a look at the related video. It features a different type of balance but the process is essentially the same.
