Window is missing both balances. Because of this we have not stamped number and no know manufacturer. Window is 23" tall.
Pulled off another balance from same home but different window size and came to the conclusion that the metal channel should be about 22-5/8" long. Attached are the pictures for the balance of the larger window. Will need a total of 4 since 2 windows have them completely missing.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's tough to ID missing hardware. If the window brand is the same, odds are the same style of balance is used. Is there an identical window in the house? We can use that as a reference if so.
If not, can you write out the exact visible glass height for the window sash with the missing balances? We will also require the exact weight of the window sash. That should help us confirm the proper length you may need. The sash weight will allow us to determine the strength option for the replacements.
