Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

The metal channel length is 11 1/4". The stamp printed is 11-5. I have second window balancer that also has a channel length of 11 1/4" with a stamp that reads 15-5. I do not know the window manufacturer. I need 4 11-5 balancers and 2 15-5 balancers.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channels should measure 11-7/8" and 15-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order.
