Thanks for posting. I believe we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier, it just tells us the strength of the balances. For each size balance, can you send us photos of both end attachments, as well as a clear view of the clip or hook that comes out of the bottom attachment? See the photos here for an idea of what we want. We'll do our best to narrow this down from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. See attached. I am likely going to need them for most my windows actually. Once we figure it out I can send sizes etc. I lubricated several that were faulty. They work but go figure - they squeak like crazy. It's a condition buyers of our house have given us to fix so any help is appreciated. Thanks again

These photos are a huge help, thanks! This tells me everything I need. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for each size in the quantities requested: 2 of the 13-2 balances and 8 of the 24-4. Bob - Thank you soooo much added the new balancers and all windows open and close well now! Wish I would have done this years ago. Thanks for your help and swisco was quick to quote and deliver.
