Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 33-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
We'll just need a few more details to get this moving for you. Can you show us a photo of the top fitting? Can you show us a photo of the stamp? We will also need to see the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord.
