Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This doesn't look like an extended travel type balance. What you have here is more like the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. The balance's metal channel should also measure 30". Can you double-check that for us?

As it turns out, I don't think I need new balancers. They don't look broken to me. I believe it is just the plastic sash cams that hold the balancers in place that are broken. I went ahead and placed an order for some new ones from your site. Hopefully, that will fix the issues. Thanks. Keith
