Hello! We can supply this balance as a special order, but before we can get the ball rolling I will need to see a photo of the metal clip that was at the end of the cord. The cord itself appears to be missing on your balance, so you'll need to get an undamaged version.
The clip may seem like a small detail but it is essential. We will definitely need that before we can move forward.
