Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 20-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order.
With that said, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (3) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Note that we recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for the weaker counterpart.
Our balances will also have winged top and bottom fittings but this won't affection function. I just wanted to give you a heads up.

Our replacements are specifically designed to replace balances with the same metal channel length. Unfortunately, we can't say for certain if they will work for you since the length differs. You're still welcome to try them out.
If not, your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
