The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 31-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order.

Oh, you said the metal channel was 31-1/2" with a 31 4 stamp in your initial post. Is this 29-5/8" long balance from a different window? If it is, we'll need to know the stamp printed on the metal channel. 

Hello! There's been a change since the last time we spoke in 2024. The original manufacturer has discontinued your exact assembly and no longer produces it. However, they do offer a modern equivalent designed for the same applications. The design differs slightly, which also affects the spring calibration.
