Based on the way your balance is configured, the channel length should be 19-7/8", would you be able to double check this?

Thanks for confirming. I'm afraid we would not be able to supply you with a suitable replacement for the balance you have. The replacement we have for the configuration you have is only made in a 19-7/8" length.
