I don't know the brand of the window, and I'm not sure when they were installed.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be sure.
In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?

Here is a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle. The channel is 25 5/8. Does it matter if it's a little shorter? Seem like it catches the window from the bottom shoe so in my mind 25 even would also work. I don't mind the non-refundable part though if custom size is necessary. I need two of these balances. Posibbly 4 depending on the price.

I'm afraid it does. The issue when trying to use a stock balance to replace this is that if you were to use a 25" version, both the metal channel and cord would be too short and the sash wouldn't be able to close. Meanwhile, a 26" would be too long, and you'd run into the same issue.
