Thanks for posting! I'm happy to take a look into this to confirm if there is a replacement balance we can provide you with but I am not able to identify it based on the window brand or the stamp. May I see a photo of the balance removed from the window?

I'll need to see any attachments on the top and/or bottom of the balance as well as any that could be left behind in the window.
