Stamped on the balance is 29 6 BSI RR as seen in one of the photos.
I assume these are the original balances from when he home was built in 2007
The metal to metal length is about 29 5/8", the channel is 1/2" across and about 5/8" deep.
The sash weighs 32 pounds.
The end guide with a clip has a roller. The image that showed this and and instructed to click it is what led me to this form.
The end guide also have wings.
