Hi,
Could you please help me select the correct channel balances with top and bottom fittings, including the metal hook? The length is 23 inches, the stamp shows "2220," I don't know the window manufacturer, I need 2 channel balances with top fitting, bottom fitting, and metal hook as shown in your photos at https://www.swisco.com/page-et-cb, and also shown in my uploaded photos. Also, what would be the cost and shipping?

Thanks for reaching out to us! We can help supply the balance shown here. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, however, so this must be a custom order. Can you double-check the metal channel length for us? It should measure 22-7/8" long; I'm afraid we can't promise our replacements will work for you if the length differs. Once that's confirmed, I can draft a price quote.

Hi Emily,
Thank you for your help! I remeasured the balance and confirm that it is 22-7/8" long. I would need 2 new balances, one for each the left and the right side of the window, each with the top and bottom fittings (including the wheel).
