We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Keep in mind that our replacements will have winged end fittings, which will not impact the functionality of the balances. We'll just need to confirm if you'd like to go with 6 or 8 balances before we can send over an order link and price quote.

As for your top sash guide, there's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we'll need to see an intact guide removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
