Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long. Can you double-check that for us? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be certain. 

As for the top sash guide, can you show us a few photos of one in undamaged condition and removed from the sash? 

Please note that we always recommend you replace balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for the weaker counterpart. Just something to keep in mind.
