Hello there. So the markings on the channel balance I was able to remove is

The metal length is 28 and the depth is about 5/8" but seems to measure at 9/16"
I am not sure of the bottom hook it appears to have been caught in the window.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring but not the balance series. To get started, we'll need to see photos of your balance removed from the window. Please make sure to include both end fittings and the pulley clip from an intact balance. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like your balance uses a winged top and non-winged bottom fitting. If so, take a look at the S395-28 (2740) channel balance shown below.
