Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window? We'd like to see clear and up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings. Are there any other attachments of the balance we could see as well?

This is the top bottom and the piece on the bottom of the window channel I need two of those also and one of those from the first picture that you pull out to release the window

Great, thank you! It looks like your balance uses a terminal clip like the S770-35. You can select the 35B stamp option for your replacements. Do you need the pivot shoe? If so, I recommend you take a look at the specifications for the 15-015 to see if they match what you need.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the vent latch shown in your initial photo. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
