the stamp is" 26-4 EG5 CMC 54" I have also attached a picture of it.

Thanks for writing in! The balances you have aren't an Extended-Travel Balance but the replacements will need to be a custom assembly given the bracket, wheel, and hook installed to the shoe. That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these balances, since there is an quantity minimum.
