Before we go any further, I need a bit more information from you. To start, I need you to verify the length of the metal channel. Based on your stamp, it should be 19-7/8". I also need you to tell me how many you wanted to purchase.

Thanks for verifying. We can only supply two of these at minimum, since it's a custom order. I hope that's okay. We always recommend replacing both balances at the same time anyway. You never want to mix old and new assemblies.
