18-3 IE5 CMC 45 overall length is 19.25 and that is the metal only. Total length is 20 and 1/8. I have no other information than it is a pass through window at a snack bar.

I'm afraid I don't know what kind of balance you have. In order to check to see if we have a compatible assembly, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance and show me a clear picture of the top fitting, bottom fitting, and the metal clip at the end of the cord.
These details are an essential part of balance identification. If you aren't able to supply them, we won't be able to help. There's no way to get around it.
The length is also concerning. Can you verify the metal channel size? 19-1/4" is VERY irregular and is not currently a size that we can supply for any assembly.
