Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. We're happy to help with this. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us a few photos? We'd specifically like to see the top and bottom fittings, including the metal clip attached to the pulley cord. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to purchase? 

Thanks! What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, but we can still help via custom order. However, the metal channel for your balance should measure 25-5/8" long. We recommend checking and confirming this before placing your order,  as we can't promise the replacements will work if the length differs. 

Our minimum for custom orders is 2, but we always recommend replacing balances in pairs. With that said, I'll email you a purchase link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
