Thanks for writing in! The balance you have here does not appear to be an Extended-Travel Channel Balance. Based on the attachments and the stamp on the channel, I suspect you have a standard 1/2" channel.

I believe the length of the channel should be 33", excluding the attachments. If so, you'll need either the S351-33 or the S390-33 to replace your channels. The 3230 is most likely to be the stamp; it will support 18 to 23lbs.
