We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. Unfortunately the balance is a bit too damaged for me to accurately identify. Do you have an undamaged version that we can review? I'm chiefly interested in seeing the metal hook or clip that was at the end of the cord. That is a very important detail and we can't move forward without it.

I'd also like you to verify the length of the metal channel. Based on your stamp, it should be 33-5/8", not 33-3/4".
