The length of the metal channel is 26 3/4". There is a stamp on it 2630 BSI PA. I just bought the house and don't know when the windows were installed. The window is Pella and the owner said they didn't replace the windows and they owned the home for 20 years. I need 2 of these please.

We can supply this balance as a custom order, but I need a bit more information before we can continue. To start, can you show me a photo of the metal clip or hook that was at the end of the cord? It appears to be missing from your photos but it is an essential detail.
Can you also tell me how many balances you wanted to buy? We require a precise count.
Lastly, please verify the length of the metal channel. It should be 26-5/8", not 26-3/4".
