Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this, but the metal channel should be 15-7/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? We can't promise our balances will work for you if the length differs, unfortunately.

I did confirm that the metal channel part is 15-3/8" long. If you add the the thickness of the plastic end on the roller side (bottom) plus the thickness of the plastic part on the other end (top) that does measure 15-7/8". On the top end the wedge shaped part is not part of that measurement.

Our balances can only replace those with 7/8" increment metal channel lengths. We're doubtful our replacements will work properly, and they could break prematurely if the length is not the same. If you'd still like to move forward. please let us know.
