Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

metal part measures 25-1/2" stamp is 25 5. width of metal part is 9/16" (ie, 1/2").  wheel from the shuttle snapped off and broke out of the carriage  (see pic). the bottom cap has a roller in it (see pic). i assume the shuttle is not available separately, but let me know what options i might have

We can supply replacement balances, but it will need to be a custom order due to the extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Note that your metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long without the end fittings. To confirm the correct replacements, we'll need to see the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley of an undamaged balance used for installation. Thank you!
