The top and bottom fittings, as well as the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord, must be fully visible. How many balances are you looking to replace? 

Thank you! What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. It looks like the metal clip snapped off the cord, so you'll have to use an undamaged balance as a reference. 

The metal channel should also measure 25-5/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? We also need you to confirm the number of balances you're looking to order.
