What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog, but we can still help via custom order. Can you write out the length of the metal channel? It should end in a 7/8" increment. If there isn't a stamp on the metal channel, we'll need you to weigh the window sash and get back to us with the precise weight. 

We will also need you to confirm the lengths and stamps for the other balances, as well as the quantities you'd like to order.
