The channel length is 33". The stamp is 3250 as shown in the uploaded photo. I don't know who manufactured the window. It was installed when the house was built in 2010. I need 4 balances. If the windows/sashes don't require extended-travel channel balances, can I order the standard balances as replacements?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to provide you with a quote for these window balances but I'll need to see the hook/clip that should be attached to the shoe. This is important for how the balance cord (string) anchors to the window track so that the balance can travel when opening/closing the window.
