Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote
I'm certain that we can supply a replacement balance to replace this, but I'm afraid yours is too damaged to ID. This service requires clear photos of all parts you want to replace, and in the case of balances that means we need to see them in undamaged condition. Would that be possible? At this stage I really just need to see the bottom plastic fitting, which is missing from yours.

These new photos don't show me the component I need, unfortunately. The part I need is a plastic fitting riveted to the balance channel. It would be in your third photo, except it has broken off.
Removal of an undamaged version of this balance is necessary at this stage. It's not possible to identify what you need otherwise.
Looking at your new photos, it also seems like you're missing a top sash guide. That's no good. That means if you do install a new working balance, it won't work properly and will shoot to the top of the window track. We can supply the top sash guide, too, but removal is also necessary. I need to see an undamaged version from the front and side; think of it like a mug shot.
