The channel length is 28". The stamp says 27-4 HL5 CMC 43.
I don't know when it was manufactured, but I think it was installed in 2017.

Note that we recommend replacing the balances in pairs, as pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new hardware to wear out much quickly.
