-The channels are 25.5" long and 1/2 wide.
-25 5 B.S.I PH is stamped on the side (pic included)
-The window are made by Milgard and I believe they are from 2004 (when the house was built)
-I need to get at least 6 balances.
- I also need the retainers that go on the window as some of mine are broke.

Before we go any further, can you please tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce? You also mentioned retainers, but I don't see those. We need a photo of all requested components.
