Why are there different series or 24" balance springs and how do I know which one I should buy I see nowhere on your website that explains this
The stamp on my spring is 2330 and according to your website has to be special order because has a pulley at the bottom metal hook

We'd be happy to help but we would need to start by seeing photos of your balance assembly removed from the window to determine if one of our stock balances would work or if it will need to be a custom order.
