Extended travel balance

Question

Attached are the pictures of the sash balances I'd like to order.

- The first one is 15in long (Metal channel length) with 1 3/32 plastic shoe width with marking 14 2 1U CMC 7 stamped on the metal channel. I believe Swisco model is S385-15.

- The second one is 27in long (Metal channel length) with 1 3/32 plastic shoe width with marking 26 4 JU CMC 2 stamped on the metal channel.

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the S385-15 and S385-27 should be the correct replacements for your balances. Be sure to double check the depth of the shoe to confirm that this is the correct series.

For the stamps, I believe you'll need the 1420 option (a pair will support 6 to 10lbs) and the 2640 option (a pair will support 19 to 26lbs).
